first of all you cant get the most of your phone without root

-as regard the ROM it is completet

what I meant with my previous post (not completet
is it lacks the bootloader and the baseband

they are not system files but ther are radio and bootloader

-finally you can flash over [dirty flash
over your old saystem and you will loose any of your pre-installed program

لسه هعمل روت وانزل رومات وامسح كل اللي مثبته عالجهاز وانزله تاني؟

طبعا مش محتاج اترجم

Installed Android 4.3 .. here is what I have noticed new :

1. Touch Screen Response : believe or not it has improved, now it never misses any touch and yes its buttery smooth

2. Camera : new settings and improved panorama

3. Dialer : auto-complete search when dialing with keypad (how did even Google miss that at first place)

4. Screen Colors : a bit improved colors , but gamma is still messed up

5. Keyboard : emoji updated

6.Notification : creating a widget of notification setting, now you can get Notification history

7. Font updated : roboto font got sleek and looks better

8.New Wi-fi advance setting : that let apps search for networks even wifi is off instead of polling GPS (battery Saver by +Nicholas Brickhouse )

9.BLE : as you know

10. Open GL 3.0 support

11. Some important developer options

12. Bluetooth and WiFi fixes probably

What got Missed
1.Notification LED : same as 4.2

Overall its fast and pretty and the leak has build date probably a month old so the upcoming update might bring some more goodies and fixes
