امبارح بعد ما كتبتلك الرد دا بعت ايميل لشركة htc بتفاصيل المشكلة مع الاكسبلورور و اللغة العربية و اني مش مسدق الوكيل هنا بسبب تكرار المشكلة و بعتولي رد الي هو

Please note that the serial number is provided in order to check the phone’s original country of purchase as the default Arabic support is limited to the Middle East devices. If it is a Middle East device, you may need to refer back to the repair center to have the Arabic Language installed.

Before sending the phone to the Repair Center, kindly make sure of the below:
1. Backup the device& remove all personal data.
2. Remove all accessories and send the bare unit. (SIM card, Memory card, , backcover, headset ..etc.).
3. A copy of the POP if available.
4. Do send the device in a safe& sealed package (e.g. from the Post Office) but NOT the original box.
